I do have experience of 4+ years into IT and administrative tasks where i used to provide the On site support to end user and sometimes it would be on teams/Zoom call on in person.
The role i have applied because i do have handled almost all the administrative work in my previous organization where i used to onboard new joinees, and support them from start to end
Assisting users for hardware and software issues, applications support and IT Procurement for IT hardware and software.
I believe that all my skills are align with the job descriptions for which i have applied hence i would be the great for for this Role

Provided him VM options but he do not have any alternative laptop to access Vm from his browser
It was difficult for me to assist the user
He was unable to come to office as he was working from anywhere
Only option was i have to provide the key to user so that he can work but the question was how ?
As i was also handling the Admin work i had the contact details so i connected with user on call and provided the key but it was not working.
After diagnosing the root cause i found the key was expired
hence i have to recover the key from Active directory again
Post entering the key multiple times finally ley worked for him and system was booted.
After entering i connected with user via zoom call and updated the drivers which will help user and the issue will not re-occurs
Finally issue was resolved and he was able to log in and started working on his laptop
and user was happy.
