I Need HR Executive/Coordinator/ Assistant jobs

My name is Himalal, and I currently reside in my hometown of Karimba, Palakkad, Kerala. I am married and live with my family. I hold a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Calicut University, which I completed in 2015.

I aspire to become a manager and am currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources. Although my career began in a different field, I have demonstrated the ability to adapt to new work cultures easily. Most recently, I worked in Dubai, UAE. I returned to Kerala due to my father-in-law’s health issues and am now seeking remote job opportunities.

My long-term career goal is to secure a position in HR management. To achieve this, I understand the importance of gaining foundational experience in junior roles such as HR Executive or HR Coordinator. I believe these positions will provide me with the necessary skills and insights to effectively lead and manage HR initiatives in the future.

After my lecturing job, I took a career break and then transitioned to a new role in May 2019. Working as a lecturer while also serving as an educational consultant presented unique challenges. As a lecturer, my primary responsibility was to guide and teach students, requiring constant interaction and active speaking.

In contrast, my role as a consultant required a shift in approach. I had to actively listen to clients' needs and concerns, helping them plan and budget effectively. This role emphasized the importance of understanding their perspectives and providing thoughtful, satisfying advice.

These experiences enhanced my communication skills and developed my problem-solving abilities and active listening skills, which are crucial in both education and HR.
