Dear Hiring Committee,

I am writing to express my interest in the Remote Healthcare Strategy Advisor position at Naukri Mitra. As an MPH candidate at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health with extensive experience in community-based research and equity-focused outreach, I am passionate about advancing inclusive, data-informed public health programs that resonate across diverse populations.

Over the past three years, I have led initiatives at the intersection of community health, research, and policy. At the Pavones Foundation, I helped spearhead a $2M rural health clinic project in Costa Rica. At UC Irvine Health’s All of Us Research Program, I conducted over 30 interviews and engaged 6,000+ participants to shape inclusive recruitment strategies. Currently, I lead a Harvard-funded qualitative study on climate and health communication, interviewing community leaders and underrepresented groups to inform culturally grounded public messaging.

I’ve also developed toolkits, educational materials, and policy briefs, managed cross-sector partnerships, and supported outreach efforts in both English and Mandarin. With a trauma-informed and equity-driven lens, I bring a collaborative spirit and strong project execution skills to every initiative.

Thank you for considering my application. I would be honored to contribute to Naukri Mitra’s efforts in memory and brain health equity, and I welcome the chance to speak further.

Warm regards,

Sarah J.M. Wang
