What are you looking for in a new role?
I am looking at analysis of real estate values for commercial, residential, industrial properties. I am in a position to use the comparable, investment, cost approaches to advise of values for loan requirement, purchase/sell, litigation among other requirements.
What you are interested in working with us?
I would like to offer my experience beyond my country's boundary since we have a limited working environment due to the unstable declining economy.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
Idleness due to lack of instructions despite my qualification. In addition, unreliable government documentation.
