The challenge lay in balancing privacy concerns with detection efficacy, navigating cross-functional alignment, and ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Through collaboration, policy refinement, and technical tuning, we were able to launch the program successfully and post successful implementation, also improved detection fidelity and response time significantly.
