What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences was redesigning a global onboarding program at Akamai for the NOCC team. The existing ramp-up period was six months. Managing multiple stakeholders and aligning the redesign with business KPIs made the project complex but ultimately impactful.
