What has been most challenging experience in a past role?

The problems stemmed from a sudden change in policy rules, resulting in numerous escalated queries and grievances. Managing customer expectations was exceptionally daunting. I recognized that timely and transparent communication was key. I organized a meeting with my team to re-evaluate our approach and devised a solution that included creating a detailed FAQ document to address common concerns. I personally took the initiative to reach out to affected employees to assure them that we were prioritizing their cases. I ensured that my team provided prompt follow-ups so that no query went unanswered.
