Hi I'm Daniel I have 4 years customer service experience some firefighter experience as my farther was a lead fireman and I have always wanted to work for the emergency services specifically the police, to help make the world a better place and a safer environment to live in and have a job I can enjoy.

I'm interested to work with you and to make a difference in the world and helping in anyway I can and learn and develop new skills and knowledge I am also a very hard worker I have a unique tendency to not give up and keep pushing towards a target time frame ect
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
I was Working for the nhs covid line and dealing with angry and abusive customers. There was many times I was shouted at and had threatening abusive vocals at me, but I do not let that get to me. I like to be respectful and talk to others how I would like to be talked to. I talk to them with respect and dignity I like to be on there level if that makes sense.
