What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences I faced involved addressing racial remarks made by a manager during training. Although the invidivual wasn't offended by the remakr, he brought it to our attention to ensure comments of this nature wouldn't be deemed appropriate to someone else in the future. Handling this situation required sensitivity and diplomacy. I conducted a thorough investigation, provided the manager with feedback, and implemented additional training on diversity and inclusion company-wide, to ensure all members of staff knew that we do not accept this type of behaviour.
