Hi,
I have over 18 years of varied experience, the latest being ESG lead responsible for designing & implementing ESG strategy for a fast growing NBFC.
In my current role as ESG lead at the startup rural finance firm “Sarvagram”, my responsibilities span ESG strategy design & implementation across functions and reporting of ESG metrics to lenders & investors. The impact of my role includes implementation of the ESG policy, design & implementation of ESG metrics, publication of Sarvagram’s first ESG report, the launch of a lending product for women entrepreneurs & creating a mentorship program as a retention strategy. I am well versed with ESG reporting standards and in my next role, I am looking forward to taking up a more challenging role.
