What are you looking for in a new role?
A full time remote managerial or director position in employee wellness.
What you are interested in working with us?
I loved the job description for the Employee Wellness Manager. It aligns with my experience and keeps me working in the same industry that I am in. I also am ready to expand my horizons and opportunities I am looking to grow with a company.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
The hardest thing about my role can be the buy-in with executive leadership. Everyone believes in wellness and wellbeing being apart of their lives but when you recognize that wellbeing means having work/life balance and providing more benefits to employees, some employers can feel like it attacks the business instead of recognizing that this will increase productivity for employees. So having those hard conversations with leaders to recognize that making mental health and other aspects of wellbeing a priority is not just an individual thing but can be a corporate undertaking that can shift the mindset of the employees and their job satisfaction.
