What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
1) Troubleshooting DoubleVerify viewability on Native Headline Video
I was able to work with the DV support team to find the common key value on our site in order to add that value on the DV #btreg parameter within their code so that the viewability function can work properly for the DV 1x1 tracking tag we implemented. Typically this step is not needed but in certain circumstances, code manipulation is necessary. I was able to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve the viewability issue within the code.

2) Assisted Brian, Maybeth, and Julie with troubleshooting video tagging in Kaltura. Concluded that the Kaltura capabilities are available for specific targeting but we would have to work with editorial and production to implement the proper tagging in Kaltura as well as the article page in order to target videos based on Make/Model. Understanding how CMS Metadata works in Kaltura to target make/model/bodystyle.
Worked with Maybeth in understanding the MRSS FEED to import the Kaltura Video ID into GAM.

3) Julie Burg and product team consulted with me to troubleshoot and determine why Native Headlines were not serving in assigned ad slots which were given specific key values in the curator tool. After inspecting the code on the MotorTrend pages, I was able to determine that the order of the key values listed in the curator tool needed to be changed. "Listings" needed to be assigned first then the numerical key values after "Listings". Once the order was changed, the Native Headlines appeared on the ad slots. Julie was then able to work with the product team to roll out the changes.

4) We had issues with a DV tag where the client said they updated their blocking tag to a monitoring tag on the back end without sending new DV tags. I was able to investigate with Ad Lightning to see if ADL would identify the DV tag supplied and determine if it was blocking or monitoring. I found a section in the ADL report where it identifies and states if it's a blocking or monitoring tag.

5) I had to build a Continental (general tire) Nativo article which contained a lot of superscript in the HTML code.
The client complained about the spacing in the lines that contained the superscript since they weren't even.
We didn't have time to consult with Nativo support since this was going live ASAP.
The Nativo UI does not give us the option of adjusting line spacing so I switched to HTML view and added additional HTML code "06 Plus " which I learned on my own that corrected the line spacing problem which the client was happy about.

6) Julie Burg was asked to pull a charles session from a mobile device which she was not familiar with. Julie reached out to me for help and I was able to download the Charles Proxy app and install all the necessary certificates for proper operations of pulling "Charles Sessions" for the GAM Support team. I was then able to connect my laptop and mobile device by manually adjusting the HTTP proxy using my laptop's IP address and "Port" field. Once my device was proxying to my desktop/laptop machine, I went to my phone’s browser and typed http://www.charlesproxy.com/getssl to download and install the machine certificate. I pulled the "Charles Session" successfully from mobile device showing the "Safari" was not showing the interstitial 300x250 but instead what just reloading the same page. This "Charles Session" was sent to GAM support which provided information they needed to resolve the problem.
