What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the toughest experiences I’ve had was during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. I was involved in setting up a testing lab from the ground up — everything from organizing equipment to analyzing samples under intense time pressure. On top of that, I worked on automating the sample estimation process to make things more efficient and reduce manual errors. It was incredibly demanding, both technically and emotionally, but it pushed me to think on my feet, stay calm under pressure, and find practical solutions fast. Looking back, it was exhausting — but also one of the most rewarding things I’ve done.
