My dream role would give me an opportunity to use more of my technological and computer skills to excel in my job with no limitations.
What you are interested in working with us?
I’m intrigued by the fact that your company offers a digital environment for process improvement professionals such as myself. In my current position, even though we have many digital tools and applications to do our jobs for many years, much of the workforce in my organization have not been receptive to it, and instead opt for traditional methods that to me, slows down progress.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
The most challenging experience I’ve faced is watching departments in my organization settle for less because management refuses to accept change, regardless of how much sense it makes.
