What has been most challenging experience in a past role?

When I was working at Ugam Solutions,I was tasked with troubleshooting a critical ETL pipeline issue.The issue involved discrepancies in the data flowing from cloud platforms, which caused delays in report delivery and impacted client timelines.
To handle the situation, I stayed calm and took a structured approach. I quickly identified the root cause by analyzing logs and workflows, collaborated with my team to implement a fix and tested the solution rigorously to ensure the issue wouldn’t recur. I also communicated transparently with the client, providing regular updates on our progress.
This experience taught me the importance of resilience, teamwork and proactive communication under pressure. In the end, resolving the issue not only restored the client’s trust but also improved the robustness of our data processes.

I have an experience of 3.5 years in the field of Data Analytics.I have worked with tools such as Tableau, Talend, MS Excel and in SQL servers to deliver actionable insights to optimise business processes.
