Customer Service Representative at Groupon: Over the past 1.6 years, I assisted customers with digital services and voucher purchases. I am adept at using CRM tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Bolt Chat.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I am looking for a better competitive role rather than there is no room to develop my career knowledge.
What you are interested in working with us?
I could see that I possess all the requirements requested and I am the right fit for the position I am applying for also the job demands the agents with exceptional service to provide service beyond their actual capability. On my previous organisation I have been trained with such scenarios and provided exceptional service to our clients and also received many awards and among those I have achieved shining star award which is an honorable one in my previous organisation. What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
Top level management pressure on attaining 100% results with no error is the challenging part for me.I believe expressing our feelings is not going to help on the part so I will look into the issue and I will try to find the area where I am lagging behind which affected my work performance/efficiency. If in case I fail on detecting it I will apologize with my manager/client first and I will ask with them on the area in which I need to improve and I will rectify it on the upcoming tasks/work assigned to me
