What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences I've faced was working with a client who had a history of sexual trauma. The client exhibited symptoms such as flashbacks, hypervigilance, and difficulty trusting others. It was important to create a safe and supportive environment where the client felt comfortable sharing their experiences without judgment. I utilized trauma-informed therapy techniques, such as grounding exercises and mindfulness practices, to help the client manage their symptoms and develop healthy coping mechanisms. While the process was challenging at times, witnessing the client's progress and resilience was incredibly rewarding.
