What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
Well, I would say my areas of opportunity rather than challenge - So I notice a trend with the audiences that I have trained recently , a very causal mindset around upscaling their skill sets- they don't really understand what's in it for them . This being identified I created training modules to establish the importance of effective communication ( verbal & non verbal) & also the benefits and opportunities that awaits them .
