About you
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Fergusson College, Pune, and I am dedicated to providing client-centered care. My therapeutic approach is adaptable, integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), mindfulness, and motivational therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual. My clinical practice addresses a wide range of mental health concerns, specializing in relationship issues, depression, addiction recovery, and personality disorders. I have experience working with diverse populations, and I strive to create a compassionate and supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their challenges. I believe in the power of collaboration, working together with clients to develop effective strategies that promote healing and growth. My goal is to foster empathy and facilitate meaningful changes that enhance overall well-being and quality of life.
What are you looking for in a new role?

What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences I faced in a past role was working with a client who struggled with severe anxiety and had difficulty engaging in therapy. It was tough to build rapport and trust, especially when the client was resistant to sharing their feelings. To address this, I adapted my approach, incorporating more structured techniques and gradually introducing mindfulness exercises that they found helpful. Over time, this built their confidence and comfort in the therapeutic process. This experience taught me the importance of flexibility and patience in therapy, as well as the value of finding creative ways to connect with clients. Ultimately, it reinforced my commitment to supporting individuals through their unique challenges.
