Overall experience in IT is 8.1 years. I have been working as Incident and Change Manger for 4.6 years in Wipro Technology. Also got best Change Manager Award by Wipro Management. Also worked in Tata Communications Ltd as Senior Customer service executive for 1.2 years. Currently working with Infosys Limited designated as Senior Associate Consultant with Change and Release Manager Profile.
