Certified Softskills Trainer with 5+ years of expertise in elevating EI & communication

I am a softskills trainer specializing in communication and emotional intelligence. Over the years, I've developed the skill of delivering a training session through various gamification techniques. All my training sessions are engaging and tailor-made.

My love for the language I speak, lead me to create content in it and hence "Manathin mozhi" was born. Manathin mozhi translating to the language of the mind is a podcast where I speak about softskills and motivation along with my guests. I've still seen people find it difficult to climb the career ladder. They could find something useful in my podcast.

The most challenging experience for me was to keep my session engaging on online platforms. The audience are sometimes carried away with their own thoughts. I have now developed the skill of interaction with participants by asking them questions, by engaging them into breakout rooms etc.
