Business analyst

My name is T. Rajith Bhargav. I have around 6 years of experience in the IT industry, with 4 years as a Business Analyst and 2 years as a Quality Analyst. I’m currently working at Antra Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd as a Business Analyst, where I’m involved in gathering requirements, preparing BRDs and HLDs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth project delivery in Agile environments.

Over the years, I’ve worked across various domains including Education, Consumer Management, HRMS, Online Bidding, and Chatbot applications for home appliances. I'm skilled in using tools like Jira, Azure Boards, Balsamiq, Lucidchart, MS Visio, and I also have experience in manual testing from my QA background, which helps me bridge the gap between business and development more effectively.

I’m familiar with UML diagrams, SDLC models, and have experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies as well. My strengths lie in clear documentation, proactive communication, and a strong understanding of both business and technical perspectives.

I’m currently exploring opportunities where I can grow further as a Business Analyst, contribute to challenging projects, and work with collaborative teams.

I'm looking for a new role to advance my career as a Business Analyst by taking on more challenging projects and expanding my skill set. While I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had in my current role, I’m now seeking a position where I can contribute to larger-scale initiatives, work with diverse teams, and deepen my expertise in areas like product strategy, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management. I’m especially interested in roles that offer room for continuous learning, growth, and impact.
