What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
Most challenging is when I was reviewing valuations and loans for fraud. The reviews were very forensic in nature and detailed. No corners could be cut and every detail should be reviewed and verified,

Dear Hiring Manager,

My name is Craig Lett. I am applying for the Appraisal Review Specialist position. I have over 30 years experience in the real estate and mortgage field as an appraiser and quality/compliance reviewer, reviewing VA, FNMA, Freddie Mac, FHA and private money investor only valuation for compliance. I have processed Reconsideration of Values and have underwrote appraisals using Collateral Underwriter. Anything that scored over 2.5, I identified the issues for the higher scoring, and worked with the AMC’s and the appraiser to address and or correct, for a more compliant and supportive report. { am a very analytical thinker and feel my experience in market analysis would help me provide some additional benefits and thought provoking ideas to the team. I have experience with rental housing and multi-family homes as well. I feel my experience in this would give you valuable experience in many areas for this position. 

I would enjoy being part of this company due to it appears to be a great culture with your employees at the forefront. I am looking for stability also with my company and I feel this company has shown that.
