What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
If I Faces any hurdles I 'll manage the challenge, I broke the project down into smaller tasks, prioritized the most urgent roles, and collaborated closely with the hiring managers to ensure we were aligned on requirements. I also leveraged tools like applicant tracking systems to streamline the process and kept open communication with the team to ensure we stayed on track.
