What has been most challenging experience in a past role?

In my role at ValueJet Airline, I led a company-wide cybersecurity awareness initiative that reached over 300 employees, simplifying complex concepts and tailoring content for different departments. I’ve developed training content aligned with NIST standards, supported IOSA compliance through documentation and risk assessments, and contributed to the creation and implementation of cybersecurity policies. I also work closely with our Data Protection Compliance Officer (DPCO) to monitor controls, enforce compliance with NDPR and other privacy regulations, and support annual audits.
