What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in a past role was leading the adoption of Gen AI tools within the L&D initiatives at EY Global Delivery Services. The challenge was multifaceted, involving the need to stay ahead of rapidly evolving AI technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and overcoming resistance to change from stakeholders accustomed to traditional methods. My role required not only a deep technical understanding but also the ability to mentor and coach team members, manage expectations, and drive change management processes. Successfully navigating these complexities to enhance our training effectiveness was a significant and rewarding challenge.
