What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
The most difficult task in a previous position had been at my internship at Heart It Out, when I was working on automating a report by extracting data from PostgreSQL and visualizing it on Google Looker Studio. It was not only about data analysis and consolidating complex information from different sources but also about the increase of the efficiency of reporting system up to 25% with limited time for that. Furthermore, I shaped the inputs of the data: it had to be meaningful, detailed and clear for non-IT consumers. Solving this issue entailed problem solving skills, attention to details and flexibility to ensure to come up with a better solution with an automated report.

For instance, I spearheaded projects involving the analysis of PostgreSQL(In AWS Cloud) data, where I meticulously examined over 15 tables to create comprehensive reports such as the ‘First Responder-Client Details’ report. This involved not only extracting insights from complex datasets but also tracking form fill-up trends over a period of six months to pinpoint the sectors driving the highest engagement.

Moreover, I have leveraged my expertise to develop user-friendly dashboards that facilitate streamlined decision-making processes. These dashboards, equipped with features such as Dropdown and Date Slicer functionalities, empower users to dissect performance metrics across various service segments with ease.

 

In addition to my analytical skills, I have also delved into the realm of automation by developing scripts to monitor the daily ETL pipeline of the organization. By implementing automation, I have significantly reduced manual effort and enhanced operational efficiency within the team.
