About candidate

About you
My name is Nisha. I completed my schooling in Punjab, where I was raised. Later, I moved to Delhi to pursue further education and professional opportunities. I earned my undergraduate degree from Uttarakhand Open University while working in a BPO, and subsequently completed my Master's in Psychology from Delhi University.

I have a total of six years of professional experience across multiple industries. My career began in a call centre with Home Credit India. I later joined a fintech multinational company, Pax Technology, and also worked as an analyst with the Central
Government organization, the Quality Council of India.

I do have a career gap of six months from May 2024 to the present, due to health reasons. I was diagnosed with Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD) and also experienced a fracture in my right foot. During this period, I focused on upskilling myself, learning tools like Power BI and Photoshop.
I hope my qualifications and experiences align with the requirements of this role, and I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to your organization.
What are you looking for in a new role?
In a new role, I am looking for an opportunity to apply my analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to drive meaningful results. I am excited about the chance to work in an environment that values teamwork and professional growth. I believe this role aligns perfectly with my strengths and aspirations, and I am eager to make a positive impact at Purple.
What you are interested in working with us?
I am excited about the opportunity to work with Purple because of the company’s strong reputation for innovation and its focus on creating impactful products that resonate with customers. I admire the company’s commitment to excellence, which makes it a place where I can grow both professionally and personally.

The team analyst role particularly excites me as it offers the chance to use my analytical skills to drive efficiency and contribute to data-driven decisions. I see Purple as a company where I can make a meaningful impact while being part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences I faced in a past role was during my time as an analyst at the Quality Council of India. I was tasked a data-driven project that involved consolidating complex information from various stakeholders within tight deadlines. Coordination proved difficult because stakeholders had different priorities, and some key data was delayed. To address this, I used a clear communication plan, scheduled regular follow-ups and worked collaboratively to resolve this problem. I also prioritized tasks to ensure critical milestones were met. Despite the challenges, the project was completed successfully, and I gained valuable experience in project management, teamwork, and adaptability under pressure.

Dear HR

I am writing to express my interest in the Team Analyst position at Purple. With over six years of diverse professional experience in data analysis, quality management, and stakeholder collaboration, I bring a strong blend of technical expertise and a proven ability to drive project success.

My experience as a Business and Digital Marketing Analyst at Aarcee ProSpace further honed my skills in data visualization, operational management, and strategic planning.
