What you are interested in working with us?
I am an accountant with experience in full-cycle accounting, which includes bookkeeping, AR/AP processing, payroll support, year-end/month-end reporting, and various tax filing support. With this experience, I wish to support the accounting team with executing full-cycle accounting tasks, like cash reconciliation, performing invoice and general ledger data entry into various ERPs, recording accruals, month-end journal entries, etc.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
The most challenging experience in one of my past roles was to learn to delegate some work when I had the opportunity. I have always been a team player; however, there were times when I took on a project/task and only trusted myself to execute it.
As my career progressed, I recognized that sometimes delegating some task frees you up to focus on more pressing tasks and leads to more productivity and efficiency in the team.
