I’m an environmental and sustainability professional with 7+ years of experience in E&S Due Diligence, ESMS/HSMS audits, RECP assessments, and ESG reporting. Currently working as a Senior Environmental Engineer at Environmental Management Centre Pvt. Ltd., I conduct ESDD in alignment with IFC Performance Standards and World Bank EHS Guidelines and support industries in building and auditing their ESMS frameworks.

My background also includes RECP finance work with UNIDO and policy research with GIZ, giving me both technical expertise and practical exposure to global sustainability frameworks. I hold certifications in ESG from IIM Mumbai and Environmental Law from NLU Delhi.

In my previous roles, one of the key challenges was conducting Environmental and Social Due Diligence (ESDD) for projects with limited baseline data and fragmented documentation, especially in supply chain audits across diverse geographies. Navigating varying levels of stakeholder awareness and regulatory interpretation also required careful communication and problem-solving. Additionally, ensuring timely compliance reporting while coordinating with multiple internal and external teams under tight deadlines taught me how to manage priorities, adapt quickly, and maintain quality in high-pressure situations.
