My name is Pallavi Sushil. I have completed my graduation in bachelors in dental surgery. However due to covid pandemic i was introduced to working as an insurance verification specialist in 2020 after my graduation. I found it extremely intresting and continued working for the same role in india and Dubai for 4 years. I have a certification in medical terminology from auckland university of technology and i am currently pursuing other certification to expand my knowledge.

I am looking for a dynamite team where i can learn and grow personally and professionally. I love being a team player and i am extremely adaptable and fast driven.

Although i have been working as insurance verification specialist, i have been curious to learn about transcription. This seems like a very good opportunity to do the same.

Dealing with insurance comes with a lot of challenges, the main one being the one to confront or speak to patients or bystanders regarding the status during a challenging time for them. However over time i have learnt to deal with it by not attaching myself and yet being kind.
