About you
My graduation project was enhancing eLearning systems for higher education using interactive contents -SCORM, from which I was nominated by the dean at the British University to join the eLearning department. Since then and for Seven years, I worked in Moodle learning management system handling courses, users, and contents. In addition to Moodle administration and day to day tasks, I have gained remarkable experience in applying eLearning strategies, design, and coordination skills for both students and staff. During my last two years at the British University, I was the key role/consultant for all matters related to eLearning, pedagogy, and education technology. In addition to LMS duties, I worked as a part time teaching assistant at the British University in Egypt helped me developing mature communication and training skills.
What are you looking for in a new role?
From 2017 till 2021, I established a startup for IT services and consultancy for implementing projects for our sister company in Saudi Arabia, mainly in the field of mobile and web applications.
Back to Academia in 2021, I worked as a senior application and web developer at the Universities of Canada in Egypt, huge portion of my duties was related to Learning management systems, where I deployed, administered, and maintained Brightspace Desire to Learn solution along with its integration with university Student Record System.
