I am located in the Philippines, Cebu. Currently I am venturing a new role as a work from home employee or freelance because I want to experience a work-life balance that everyone is aspiring about. I am an graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering and since then I have been working in a BPO in support for Technical account, Later on, I have supported finance, health care and logistics as pert of my continuous learning.

What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
When I was a Transformation Consultant for Tech Mahindra UK telco account. I had to deliver 23 FTE take out in the first year of contract. I t was challenging but I learned a lot specially on the process mining aspect.
