What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in my past role was implementing and fine-tuning a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution for a L3Harris Technology while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. When working with McAfee ePO DLP, I had to strike a balance between tight security controls and user productivity.

Initially, I faced issues with false positives and policy misconfigurations, which led to unnecessary restrictions on legitimate workflows. To overcome this, I worked closely with cross-functional teams to fine-tune policies, conduct awareness training, and gradually adjust security controls to ensure effective data protection without hindering business processes.

This experience reinforced my ability to analyze security incidents, optimize security policies, and collaborate with different teams to achieve the best security outcomes. It also strengthened my problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations in cybersecurity.
