About candidate

About you
I am a passionate DEI professional with extensive experience in human resources, organizational culture, and workforce development. My background includes leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, facilitating training sessions, and consulting with organizations to create more inclusive environments. As a FUSE Executive Fellow and the founder of ADC Consulting Services, I’ve partnered with diverse stakeholders to advance systemic change through data-driven strategies and thoughtful collaboration. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can use my skills in project management, data analysis, and facilitation to foster cultures of belonging.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I am looking for a role where I can apply my expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion to create meaningful, systemic change within an organization. I am eager to contribute to a team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, while driving DEI initiatives that foster an inclusive culture. Additionally, I seek opportunities for professional growth where I can expand my impact through strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.
What you are interested in working with us?
I am inspired by Naukri Mitra’s commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Your focus on creating equitable opportunities aligns with my personal and professional values. The chance to contribute to an organization dedicated to empowering individuals from all backgrounds excites me, and I believe my background in DEI consulting, facilitation, and organizational culture will support your mission effectively.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences I faced was during my FUSE Executive Fellowship with Los Angeles County Department of Health Services. I led a change management health equity project at a large, complex organization resistant to change. Navigating differing perspectives and addressing unconscious biases required patience, strategic communication, and resilience. I overcame this challenge by fostering open dialogue, building trust with key stakeholders, and presenting data-driven insights that highlighted the tangible benefits of DEI. This approach ultimately helped shift mindsets and gain buy-in for sustainable change.
