With 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, leading and managing teams in hospital settings, small provider practices, and community health setting, I have vast experience with implementing initiatives, programs, and solutions to everyday problems that lend to more efficient and higher-quality care.

Early in my management career, it was difficult to bring others along with the changes that were so obviously in need of changing; however, through time and additional opportunities, I have been able to implement strategies and open conversation to allow for stakeholder buy-in that lends to a pace of change sustainable for all involved. This has definitely been a skill requiring much intention in project management, and while the early struggles were not exactly ideal, they were formative in my ability to work with people at all levels of understanding and with various backgrounds.
