About candidate

About you
Born and brought up in Lucknow, I started working part-time while I started my college education. It allowed me to learn skills such as hard work, perseverance, and humility which have helped me grow in my professional as well as personal life.
I like to read books of various genres, depending on my current interest. I enjoy music and DIYs along with good food. I am a people person so I enjoy talking and meeting new people. I am looking forward to expanding my horizons by experiencing new every now and then.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I am looking forward to honing my skills and learning new ones by working as a counsellor. I have had the opportunity to engage with the human part out of the various resources of a company throughout my working experience and it has allowed me to understand my calling and strengths. Being a firm believer of on-the-job learning, I am looking to learn as well as impart my skills in the new role.
What you are interested in working with us?
I believe in judging any company by working with them and not only based on reviews or word of mouth just as a company can only know the real worth of the employee once they see them in action. Hence, I am interested in working with your company as your company provides the opportunity to progress in my desired field of work.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
The most challenging experience was learning how to approach a client or a person while I was counselling for international education. I learnt that it was important to listen and understand rather than just hear them out. One can only provide a beneficial solution or opportunity when one considers all the aspects of a situation. While I made a few wrong turns, I finally overcame the challenge which helped immensely.

Hi,

I would like to express my interest in the role of the grief counsellor. While I do not possess the degrees however, I do possess the strength of work experience in the field of human resources, administration, client management and counselling which has helped me develop skills required for being a counsellor namely active listening, empathy, and patience.

I realised my calling and potential in the field of counselling once I started working as an international education counsellor. Being a firm believer in on-the-job - learning, I believe that this opportunity will allow me to learn as well as use my skills for working and growing to a new professional height.

I am hoping for the opportunity to work and grow together professionally.

Regards

Anamika Singh Gautam
