I currently work in a client service-based role and have several years of experience in customer service with different companies. I have also held a supervisor role for a customer service-based technology account. I am seeking part-time transcriptionist work.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I am seeking part-time transcriptionist work that is fully remote. Although I live in Jamaica, I have all the necessary resources and means to complete any tasks required for the role. This new position will be a second job for me, and I am very keen to start and contribute effectively.
What you are interested in working with us?
I am seeking to work with you because the job description aligns with my career goals and aspirations for the next few years. If there are opportunities for growth within the company while still offering a remote working style, I would be very interested in staying on longer if offered.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
What I found challenging was speaking out in large crowds and capturing the audience's attention for long periods. To improve, I am working on adding more breath to my voice when speaking. I have been told this technique makes it easier to be heard and understood, which is something I'm actively practising and refining.
