About candidate

About you
I'm an enthusiastic Occupational Health and Pediatric Critical Care Nurse excited to care for patients and the company to ensure excellent outcomes. I am great at critical thinking, relational care, consistency, working with a team, and building relationships. I would love to be a part of your team!
What are you looking for in a new role?
I'm looking for a role that I can utilize my Occupational Health Nursing background to work for and learn from a new company so I can serve the company and their clients well.
What you are interested in working with us?
I'm interested in learning from the Occupational Health Team, providing quality care to clients, and making Naukri Mitra a better place to work!
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
The most challenging experience in my past role as a PICU RN was seeing such devastation in children and families in the PICU, even to the point of death, and having that impact life outside of work. It was hard to reconcile children dying and people suffering deeply. That has influenced my desire to have a better work life balance by working remote.

To whom it may concern,

I’m pleased to be writing to you today regarding the position of Occupational Health RN. I believe my qualifications and experience make me an ideal candidate for this job.

I am a self-driven, hard-working, adaptable, positive, and resilient nurse. I am passionate about empowering, supporting, and engaging employees in helping them find the best fit role and more satisfaction in their work. I get excited about helping people get back to work and contribute to the company. I love establishing relationships with employees to help support them through each step of their process and help prepare them to meet the needs of the company. I get excited about the opportunity for innovation, increasing and strengthening partnerships with a strong company, and establishing efficient workflows for both the company and the employees.

In addition, my 4 years of clinical nursing experience in a variety of healthcare settings and staffing agencies have helped solidify my nursing and leadership skills. I have spent some time in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) both as a staff nurse and travel nurse. I was often commended for proficiently handling difficult situations with the most challenging patients and their family members. I am often utilized to ensure that patients and their families are satisfied with the care they receive. Throughout my time in the PICU, I learned to be resilient for my grieving patients, families, and coworkers. I was voted by my coworkers to be the Trauma Code Nurse position at CHOC Children’s Hospital, where I responded to codes throughout the hospital and took leadership in one of the most stressful situations a nurse can encounter. I also learned problem-solving in stressful situations and I have come to enjoy uncertainty and fast-paced, ever-changing work environments. Through my management experience, I learned conflict management and gained skills in having difficult conversations to ultimately ensure the patient receives the best care. In my experience as a Critical Care Float Pool Travel Nurse with Trusted, I was a quick-learner and adaptable to changing conditions and unfamiliar environments. I have worked for The Boeing Company providing Occupational Health Nursing services for Human Resources and gained experience in telephonic assessments, Occupational Health Exams, medical screenings, and medical documentation.

I believe a further relationship with Nakuri Mitra would be mutually beneficial, as I am seeking a challenging work environment where I can utilize my people-focused skills to the fullest extent. I believe I would be an excellent addition to your team and I am very excited about the opportunity to be an Occupational Health Nurse with your company! I look forward to hearing from you, and would love to explain my skills and experience further during an interview. Thank you for your time, consideration, and for the opportunity to work as a part of the team!

Sincerely,

Hannah Huggins
