I am very much interested in the Wellness Program Manager position with Naukri Mitra and believe that my wealth of experience in health and wellness, marketing, and community relations, as well as my expertise and passion for the industry make me an excellent candidate for the position.

Working in the health and wellness industry for over a decade, I have had the opportunity to manage and design, create, and direct a variety of corporate wellness programs, my own wellness creative website, service private sector clients, and cater to the folks who desire more from food and from life.

I worked as the Client Services Manager with Health Promotion Management, Inc.   Through the design and implementation of worksite wellness programs for employers across the state, I am highly motivated and self-directed to create strategies, programs, incentives, and structures to meet the needs of each and every client. Building and maintaining relationships, spearheading wellness events, providing employee and participant marketing material, as well as tracking ROI are all a part of my daily responsibilities.

As part of the Marketing Team at Whole Foods Market and working to promote, develop material, and execute my own healthy eating and wellness events locally, I gained tremendous skills in event coordination and facilitation. I worked on a smaller scale with individuals for events and organized much larger venues for corporate involvement.

With an entrepreneurial spirit, I have been a successful business owner on multiple occasions. My confidence and communication skills allowed me to market the businesses and launch the practices into positions of profitability and much success. With promotional material, traditional print and television media exposure, and social media, I developed marketing strategies to meet and exceed standards and projections. My contract work with Propel BusinessWorks has also given me tremendous experience in the realm of social media strategizing and planning. Finally, working as a Program Manager and Educator with Carmichael Training Systems provided me with the opportunity not only to strategically plan for large events, but also to redesign, organize, and rewrite the training protocol for the Resident Program, corporate event structure, and marketing-recruitment process.

Two of the primary reasons our nation suffers from ill health is due to a lack of accurate information as well as misunderstanding.  I believe that as leaders in the alternative and natural health industry, it is our job to educate and inform the public about the pathway to a healthy lifestyle and serve as a phenomenal support system for success. Considering that Naukri Mitra offers both information and a product that supports these things, we are obligated to play a primary role in creating effective ways to institute healthy change in modern society.  I am passionate about this philosophy and working to change the lives of others for the better.

Part of my personal philosophy in life is to constantly seek and strive for excellence in all areas. In doing so, my goal is to positively influence all those with whom I interact. As a result, I find myself gifted in the realm of interpersonal communication and establishing community relations. I am both innovative and adaptable, seeking, researching, and exploring the best in every situation. I feel like my drive, my background and business/professional experience, my heart and passion for health and wellness, and my attention to detail make me an outstanding candidate for this position.
