What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences I faced as a dentist was managing patients with severe dental anxiety. Many patients would postpone necessary treatments due to fear, which sometimes led to more complex dental issues by the time they sought help. Addressing their anxiety required patience, empathy, and strong communication skills to build trust and make them feel comfortable. Balancing their emotional needs with delivering effective care was a challenge, but I found it rewarding when patients left feeling relieved and satisfied with their treatment experience.
