What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
The most challenging experience in my past role was when our company decided to launch a new model, to increase our service delivery numbers, and I had to do the data baselining for all the operations teams as soon as possible, so they could start their operations, according to their team role, which is different for every team. So, I had to build logic from scratch because there was no way I could get some predefined approach for our new model. So this was most challenging to me.
