About candidate

About you
During my 33 years at Iqvia, my leadership skills as a lead programmer, including problem-solving, multi-tasking, creative decision making and trouble-shooting, greatly prepared me for my Resource Manager role. One of the more enjoyable aspects of resource management is that it keeps you connected to everyone as you have to have communication with lots of people in many roles. When Covid hit and we went remote, it did not affect my role much. The only change was that instead of being able to talk to local coworkers in the office, we had to switch to Teams. I pride myself on doing what needs to be done for the business.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I really enjoy the role of Resource Manager and want to continue my career on this path. I'm looking for a family atmosphere with support, as needed. I also am eager to learn new skills, software and/or ways/approaches to do tasks.
What you are interested in working with us?
I'm looking for the ability to use my Resource Management skills and experience to help Naukri Mitra's mission. Also, I'm eager to learn any new skills as needed as I don't profess to know everything, but am willing to learn. I'm familiar with working with remote teams, so this role is a great fit for me.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in a past role was not having enough experienced resources to lead projects or already working on projects. To meet some deadlines, I had to get creative with shuffling around resources to make sure clients were happy while keeping escalations at bay. I spent a lot of time looking at timelines, project notes, utilization reports, etc to stay on top of resourcing needs/challenges.
