I managed it with meticulous planning and execution which was possible with regular calls and meetings with customer and cross team collaboration

Outcome:
As a result, we not only met the client’s deadline but exceeded their expectations The client was extremely satisfied and became one of our long-term customers, which reinforced the importance of clear communication and adaptability during the onboarding process."
