What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
We mostly did sourcing in our previous company. There was one time we got a project where there was a lot of sourcing required. We used to sit the whole day sourcing parts for Industrial supplies Globally. This went for months. To me this was challenging.

I have done procurement management as well as training new recruits in my previous company. I have a good knowledge of the International sourcing. I also have knowledge of order processing. We have done everything related to procurement like connecting with the Logistics department, checking delivery, Looking at the technical aspects of the Industrial parts before sourcing, Good knowledge of global procurement as well as in India.
