I bring over three years of experience in organisational psychology, curriculum design, and leadership development—currently working as a consultant designing programs that unlock leadership potential through structured behaviour change.
My passion lies in creating spaces where people feel safe enough to reflect, grow, and discover their own answers. I’ve worked with a wide range of professionals—from emerging managers to senior leadership teams—curating content and conversations that nudge mindset shifts. I also served as a transition mentor for university students, drawing from my own experience to guide them through a deeply personal and often overwhelming phase of life.
I’m looking to step into a more coaching-forward role where I can apply my experience with empathy, structure, and strong facilitation skills to help individuals navigate change with clarity and confidence.
