About candidate

About you
I’m a curriculum and program design consultant with a background in psychology and over 3 years of experience in organisational development. My work focuses on unlocking leadership potential through behaviour change and reflective growth. I bring empathy, structure, and a coaching lens to every learning experience I design or facilitate.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I’m looking for a role where I can directly mentor and coach individuals, especially through key transitions. I want to guide people to uncover their own answers and build confidence through conversation, structure, and reflection combining my passion for psychology with real human impact.
What you are interested in working with us?
Your work aligns deeply with my values - especially your focus on empowering individuals during moments of change. I’m excited about contributing to a team that values empathy, active listening, and personal growth, and where I can bring both coaching and curriculum design expertise to make a lasting difference.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
Leading a leadership workshop for 20+ participants across cultures and time zones was challenging. I had to ensure relevance, psychological safety, and seamless coordination - pushing me to balance empathy with clarity under pressure. It ultimately strengthened my confidence in designing at scale.

Dear to whomsoever this may concern,

I bring over three years of experience in organisational psychology, curriculum design, and leadership development—currently working as a consultant designing programs that unlock leadership potential through structured behaviour change.

My passion lies in creating spaces where people feel safe enough to reflect, grow, and discover their own answers. I’ve worked with a wide range of professionals—from emerging managers to senior leadership teams—curating content and conversations that nudge mindset shifts. I also served as a transition mentor for university students, drawing from my own experience to guide them through a deeply personal and often overwhelming phase of life.

I’m looking to step into a more coaching-forward role where I can apply my experience with empathy, structure, and strong facilitation skills to help individuals navigate change with clarity and confidence.

I’d love the opportunity to bring my mix of psychology, program design, and mentoring to your team.
