I am Mehzabein Sayyad, comes from a humble background with an experience of over 7 years, Customer Service and procurement . in my last role I've had the opportunity to work with Sobha Ltd. as procurement Sr. executive. in my previous role, I successfully managed vendor relationship, negotiation strategies. ensuring optimal performance by implementing a streamlined vendor on boarding process. I too have enjoyed being an entrepreneur co -owning a small café, which inculcated the value of ownership in me. I came across this opportunity and believe it will provide me that platform which will define my character and shape the career going forward.
I believe that my proactive approach to building strategic partnership would greatly benefit to your organization. What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
most challenging experience i have faced in my previous role was managing multiple project with very tight deadlines. initially it was defficult to align everyones priorities and expectation and the timeline was really compress.
