About you
My name is Syed Samivulla, and I’m from Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. I completed my Bachelor of Science in MSCS (Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science) from Vikrama Simhapuri University in 2022 with 80%.

I have hands-on experience of about 3 years working at a computer service center in my hometown. During that time, I handled hardware and software troubleshooting, including system formatting, driver installations, printer maintenance, and basic network setup. This practical experience has built my confidence in solving real-time IT issues and communicating effectively with users.

I’ve also completed training in networking, hardware maintenance, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and have basic knowledge of Active Directory and data recovery.

I'm passionate about learning new technologies, and I enjoy helping users solve their technical problems efficiently. I’m a good communicator and can confidently support users from different backgrounds.

Outside of academics, I’ve actively participated in mandal-level sports, and I enjoy volunteering and trying out new things. I'm also willing to relocate and work in shifts, as I believe it’s important to be flexible in the IT support environment.

What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in my past role was during a project where I had to analyze crime rates using K-Means clustering in Java. The complexity arose when the data had a lot of outliers, which caused inaccurate clustering and distorted the results. I had to refine the algorithm and implement custom methods to deal with outliers, ensuring the data was more representative.

Another challenge was when I had to collaborate with a team that had different levels of technical expertise. Balancing communication between team members who weren’t familiar with the technical details and ensuring that the work progressed smoothly required a lot of patience and clear explanations. It tested my ability to communicate complex concepts effectively and manage a project with varying levels of understanding.
