My name is anshika bhadouriya seeking for a job as a fresher in laboratory field of a hospital or a medical college for my experience...despite this I have an clinical posting experience of two years from Upums , saifai in which I practices work in various laboratory of several departments .

I am very flexible and disciplined regarded to my work and towards patient welfare.

I am searching for a job to enhance or to experience to best of my ability in my work related to medical laboratories .

Laboratories of various departments like phlebotomy, microbiology , serology , hematology, biochemistry, histopathology , blood bank , emergency etc..

More interested in microbiology and histopathology laboratory.

As I am a fresher student so not such challenges are faced by me but there is a incident happens during my clinical posting in emergency ward about which I think that I can share ....

So , a man of about 45 year age came with a severe chest pain and dizziness and the interns and doctor staff was busy in attending another patient of accident . But the situation of patient was getting worse ..so I perform a ecg test and immediately inform about patient condition with ecg report to my senior doctor and attracts some attention towards this patient also . Untill the doctor came to observe the condition I also provide oxygen mask to the patient as his oxygen level was also falling ...
Later he was diagnosed with myocardial infarction and shifted in cardiac care unit for further treatment..

The experience taught me the importance of:

2. *Effective communication*: Clearly communicating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care.
3. *Prioritization*: Quickly assessing the patient's condition and prioritizing treatment to address the most critical needs.

This experience demonstrates my ability to work in a fast-paced emergency ward, think critically, and provide effective patient care in high-pressure situations.
