About candidate

About you
Disciplined and confident Ayurvedic doctor with overall 3 years of experience. Indian license and Board certified in Ayurvedic Medicine, and Completed Master of Public Health (MPH) from K.S. Hedge Medical Academy (KSHEMA), Mangalore.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I am looking for a role that allows me to apply my expertise in public health, epidemiology, and clinical research to generate meaningful insights for healthcare. I am particularly interested in working with health data, analyzing disease trends, and contributing to evidence-based decision-making. I value opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration, where I can integrate my knowledge of Ayurveda and modern medical research. Additionally, I seek a position that provides scope for continuous learning, skill development (such as advanced data analytics and GIS applications), and publishing impactful research.
What you are interested in working with us?
I am excited about the opportunity to work with your Organization as a Digital Health Program Coordinator because of your commitment to leveraging technology for improved healthcare outcomes. With my background in public health, epidemiology, and clinical research, I am particularly interested in integrating digital health solutions to enhance disease monitoring, preventive care, and data-driven decision-making.

Your organization’s research area aligns with my expertise in analyzing health data, program implementation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. I am eager to contribute by coordinating digital health programs, optimizing workflows, and ensuring effective adoption of health technologies to improve patient care and public health strategies.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in my role as a Senior Research Fellow at TDU was ensuring effective participant engagement and data collection across diverse populations for the HASP Study. Since the study focuses on stroke and heart attack awareness, reaching communities with varying health literacy levels and cultural backgrounds posed a challenge.

To overcome this, I developed culturally sensitive educational materials tailored to different demographic groups, ensuring that complex health concepts were communicated effectively. I also trained field teams to conduct participant interviews with sensitivity and accuracy. Additionally, I worked on refining data collection strategies to maintain high response rates and data integrity. This experience taught me the importance of adaptability, interdisciplinary collaboration, and strategic communication in public health research

Dear sir,

I am writing to express my keen interest in the Digital Health Program Coordinator position at your Organization. With a strong foundation in public health research, epidemiology, and digital health interventions, I bring a unique blend of experience in data analysis, health informatics, and program implementation. My expertise in both Ayurvedic and modern medical practices, coupled with my technical proficiency in tools such as SPSS, QGIS, and JAMOVI, allows me to contribute meaningfully to innovative healthcare solutions.

In my current role as a Senior Research Fellow at The TransDisciplinary University (TDU), I have successfully:
Managed data collection and participant interviews for the HASP Study on stroke and heart attack prediction.
Developed culturally sensitive educational tools to enhance health awareness in diverse populations.
Authored a scoping review and contributed to research proposals for ICMR initiatives, including the Centre for Advanced Research and a study on Gout Arthritis.
Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to integrate digital solutions into public health research.

Additionally, my internship at ICMR-NCDIR strengthened my skills in health data management, statistical analysis, and survey design, contributing to the National Cancer Registry Program (NCRP) 2023 report. My background as a Medical Officer at UPHC Madikeri further enhanced my ability to implement national health programs, conduct immunization drives, and engage with communities to improve healthcare accessibility.
